Family Law Attorney Allan Manka gets Slap on Wrist for Alleged Sexual Assault

A San Antonio Family Law attorney, Allan Manka, was given plea deal tantamount to a slap on the wrist for the egregious and unsolicited ‘touching’ of a opposing female attorney during their Courthouse negotiations.
