BLACK LIVES MATTER PROTESTOR BRADLEY STEYN SHOT IN THE SCROTUM BY RUBBER BULLETS TO SPEAK OUT AT PRESS CONFERENCE, CALL FOR REFORMS- ATTORNEY LISA BLOOM WILL OUTLINE NEXT LEGAL STEPS FOR INJURED SOUTH AFRICAN ANTI-APARTHEID ACTIVIST MAIMED BY LAPD
#BlackLivesMatter supporters are encouraged to attend to show support for Mr. Steyn and all victims of police violence.
Renowned South African anti-apartheid activist and best-selling author Bradley Steyn risked his life to protect Nelson Mandela and bring down his country’s systemic racism. Now living in Los Angeles, after the police murder of George Floyd, Bradley joined a protest in the Fairfax District on May 30.

At that protest, Bradley witnessed police brutality and then was a victim of it himself, beaten in the chest by officers’ batons and then shot in the inner thighs and genitals at point blank range by police rubber bullets. Bradley will speak out about the loss to his testicle, his horrific pain, and the impact his beating and shooting has had on his life and family.
“Police brutality is our national shame,” says Bradley’s attorney, Lisa Bloom.
Bradley and Lisa will call for specific reforms and reveal the legal steps they are taking to demand justice for Bradley.
Press conference with Bradley Steyn and Lisa Bloom will take place:
Thursday, June 25, 2020, 10:00am – In front of Los Angeles Police Department Headquarters; 100 W 1st St, Los Angeles, CA 90012
#BlackLivesMatter supporters are encouraged to attend to show support for Mr. Steyn and all victims of police violence.
A GoFundMe page for Mr. Steyn has been set up to assist him with medical and legal expenses.
