Breaking News Shirley Tan deportation Case

I was informed by Rep. Speier’s office that there is a temporary stay of deportation pending further work that is being done in the case. The stay has been extended tto April 22, 2009.   we await this in writing to be sure.  Although the family is not out of the woods, so to speak, this news is gratifying, said Melanie Nathan,  of Private Courts on their behalf.   The work is on two level; 1. Continue to support Shirley and her family until her case is resolved in its entirety; and 2. Urge Senator Feinstein and all your Senators and Congressional Reps to sign on to THE UNITING OF AERICAN FAMILIES ACT  UAFA(UAFA).

Special thank should go to:

Rep. Jackie Speiers and Staff
Sen. Feinstein and Staff
Sen Boxer and Staff
PRIVATE COURTS, Inc. – Melanie Nathan.
