  1. I watched and listened to the President’s speech as well. As the President he mentioned how discrimination, “includes discrimination against gays and lesbians.” I watched the people seated behind the President and thought how they must have used all restraint possible not to show their objection. I did see one man yawn at one point. I wondered if the camera panned the audience if we would have seen uncomfortable repositioning of bodies. Men crossing their legs, eye rolling and such.
    This was supposed to be a speech honoring Dr. King. One thing that no one can challenge Dr. King about; Dr. Kings words matched his actions.
    Regarding President Obama and the LGBT Community. I do feel we can challenge this President on his words versus his actions.
