It is never prudent to lie about one’s sexuality to claim refugee status or asylum in an African country or the United States or anywhere in the world. Unfortunately opportunists have entered the picture and are hurting the space for those forcibly displaced due to their authentic SOGIESC. I have known this for the past few years – including specific people who have managed to resettle to Canada and the United States. However I have been unable to expose any of them due to the complex nature of the issue. That has now changed for a number of reasons.
That said I have decided to release the names of those who I have 100% evidence proving that they have lied in their claims. This includes eye witness statements and documentation. The list can be accessed below with the requisite pass code. The list includes names and gigs of scammers. People who have used schemes and lies to fundraise in the name of LGBTQI+ people, where in fact those who are receiving the funds are straight opportunists. I also have a list of names of those who we know to have smuggled relatives and friends and paying patrons from Uganda to Kenya and from Uganda to south Sudan, providing participants with LGBQI profiles to assert their false claims.
I know this revelation may seem risky for those who are authentic and innocent of these frauds. However at this stage, where 100% evidence has been accomplished – I would be remiss in not exposing the frauds so that authentic people can reclaim their space and the very few resources that are available.
A this time there is a real need for solutions and pathways for LGBTQI persecuted people forced into displacement. Straight people – get out the way – THIS IS NOT YOUR SPACE!
